Then the LORD answered Job out of the storm. He said:
Who cuts a channel for the torrents of rain,
and a path for the thunderstorm . . . ?
Who has the wisdom to count the clouds?
Who can tip over the water jars of the heavens . . .?
Job 38:1, 25, 37, NLT

Sing out your thanks to the LORD;
sing praises to our God with a harp.
He covers the heavens with clouds,
provides rain for the earth,
and makes the grass grow in mountain pastures.
